To celebrate Ignota’s fifth anniversary, we invite you to the Ignota Gathering – a very special invitation to share the sacred space of St. James’s Piccadilly in community with our contributors, members, supporters and friends.
Inspired by the spiral – symbolising the movement of consciousness and the constant change and evolution of the universe – the day will unfold in a series of dialogues, collaborations and performances under the beautiful, vaulted Wren-designed ceilings and stained-glass windows.
Through resonance, poetry and philosophy, the Ignota Gathering speaks to the patterns underlying the Ignota project – unknown languages, worlding and the spaces in between – and looks ahead to the Oracle, the final stage of Ignota’s membership journey.
Confirmed artists and readers include Ignota friends and family Federico Campagna, Lucinda Chua, Jennifer Higgie, Paul Purgas, Nisha Ramayya, NYX, Himali Singh Soin, Maxwell Sterling and Flora Yin Wong, with more TBA.
Programmed by Sarah Shin and Susanna Davies-Crook.
